Amino Acids Ahi Tuna Salad (Beauty-Food Recipe)
Sometimes, on back-to-back meeting days, I find myself starving and then over-snacking before, during, and after the meetings.
And me + mindless snacking + meetings = loads of calories!
Here’s a quick and delicious protein-packed salad that I whip up in minutes when I want low-calorie sustenance.
The surprising secret twist for this skin-loving salad is the shashimi-grade, low-mercury canned tuna.
Wait, before you click away at the thought of eating canned tuna, I found the Safe Catch brand that tests each of its yellowfin tuna for mercury and has 25 times less mercury than the FDA limit. Plus, it’s delicious! (No affiliate to the brand—I just love it!)
Ahi Tuna is packed with amino acid essentials and selenium to preserve elastin for smooth, supple skin.
